Some of you may remember when a bunch of us would come for the weekend and camp overnight. We would have a campfire, roast marshmallows, and get to know each other on a much deeper level. We are hoping to revive that old tradition, for anyone who is interested. You will be able to camp on Dave and Andrea's land on Friday or Saturday night, and we have plans to have a campfire both nights. Andrea is also working on setting up some group rates at some hotels that are close by, for any of you who are not into "roughing it". We hope you will still come over on Friday evening and Saturday, however, to join in the fun at the pond.
Do you remember the bridge in this picture? I do.

Jean looks good and I have tabulated my emails into family groups for each one of the Aunt and Uncles and so will send out each group Dad
I still had to sign in
Looking good, Jean.
I'm looking forward to this reunion. It will be great to take my kids back to the pond where I still have memories of being a kid.
I remember the days of drinking pop and the ice cream sundaes. Also, remember the bridges? When i was little my big sisters wouldn't let me go over one of the bridges becuz I was too little. Big sisters were always sooo bossy.
Anyway, looking forward to reading more comments.

I'm so glad that the reunion is back where it should be. I remember when our parents voted to have the reunion somewhere eles. The kids that day were very upset and we even had our own vote but of course out parents didnt listen to us. I have many fond momories of past reunions ther and seeing my cousins. Ray Packard son of Robert and Ann Packard. Robert is the son of Leon Packard
I remember the bridge in the photo...the "old" bridge. There was a "new" bridge on the other side of the pond. Also, remember having to wait until after the meeting to go swimming? That meeting took FOREVER! And remember the diving board? If you were one of the "older" kids and could swim across the pond (at least this was our rule) you could go to the diving board.
In addition to the ice cream sundaes and all the pop you wanted, I remember the home grown raspberries!!
I am looking forward to seeing everyone next June!!
